THIS AGREEMENT in entered into between Main Event Productions Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Agency”) and ________________________ (hereinafter

Section I. ENGAGEMENT OF TALENT
Agency is a booking agent for various kinds of talent needed by independent third parties (hereinafter called “Clients”) Agency agrees to engage Talent to
perform services on a continuing basis on behalf of Client ( as set forth in the attachment hereto). Said services are generally described on attachment hereto.
Talent agrees to perform such services under the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement. Initial ______
Section II. DUTIES OF TALENT
Talent agrees to perform any and all services generally performed by Talent in the representation of Client’s business as requested by client and necessary for
completion of the project according to the plans for the project. Talent agrees to exhibit a high degree of professionalism at all times while working for the
Agency. If talent reports to work more than 15 minutes late, talent agrees to forfeit .5 hours of wages earned for the day to Main Event Productions Inc. Initial

Section III. TERM
Employment of Talent shall be at the times set forth on the attachment hereto. Talent agrees that Talent will promptly notify Agency if Talent for any reason
cannot finish the assignment. Talent agrees that failure to complete the assignment will result in loss of partial or all fees earned. Talent agrees if they do not
show for work without prior notification “no-shows” they will forfeit the hours due to work in their earned wages. Initial ______
Section IV. COMPENSATION
There will be no discussion of pay with client or talent will forfeit any or all monies due to them. Payment of promotional work may take up to 90 days. Talent is
hired as an "independent contractor" and Agency does not take taxes out of checks and said Talent waives right to file unemployment against Agency. Should
talent file unemployment illegally all monies due to talent are immediately forfeited. Initial ______
Section V. RELATION ON THE PARTIES.
The parties intend that Talent in performing the specified services shall act as an independent contractor and shall have control of the work and the manner in
which it is performed. Client shall direct talent as to the place and times of the performance of the services as Client may delegate form time to time. Talent is
not to be considered an agent or employee of the Agency and is not entitled to participate in any insurance, pension plans, bonuses, stock or similar benefits
that owner may provide for its employees. Initial ______
Section VI. LIABILITY
Talent shall take all precautions necessary for the safety of and prevention of damage to property on the site where performance of services is to be rendered
and for the safety and prevention of injuries to any other person including the Clients or employees or any third party on the work site. Talent understands that
Agency does not carry any kind of liability, public liability or health insurance on Talent and Talent is not subject to receive any benefits from such insurance

Section VII. FUTURE SERVICE TO CLIENT
By signing below, talent agrees not to enter into any direct competition with Main Event Productions Inc including GMR Marketing L.L.C.Stoller Wholesale, or
use any knowledge or materials gained during talents association with Main Event Productions Inc to enter into any business arrangement with any client of
Main Event Productions Inc for a period of at least 2 calendar years following the termination of this agreement or any other agreement with Main Event
Productions Inc. Failure to honor this non-competition clause may result in civil or criminal liability. Initial ______
Section VIII. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern this Agreement.
